Samsung’s Upcoming One UI 7 Beta Release and What it Means for Your Galaxy Device
Samsung’s latest news has everyone talking about the highly anticipated One UI 7 beta release. According to sources, this new update is expected to bring enhanced AI features, a new design with more personalization options, and a lot more. However, a recent leak has raised some questions about the release schedule and which devices will actually get the beta update.
The good news is that the One UI 7 beta is set to roll out first for the Galaxy S24 series, in select markets like the US and UK. This is likely to pave the way for a wider release across other devices, including the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S22, and Galaxy S21.
But, a recent tweet from a reliable source, @FamilyTaes, has thrown a wrench into the works. According to this leak, the One UI 7 beta will only be available for the Galaxy S24 series, and other devices will not be getting the beta update.
This means that the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, Galaxy A series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6 will be left out of the beta testing process. It’s hard to believe that these high-end devices will miss out on this significant update.
The same leak also revealed a possible schedule for the public, stable release of One UI 7. Samsung is expected to announce the stable build on January 22nd, with a full rollout commencing in early February. This is a relatively swift turnaround, especially considering the delayed release of Android 15.
The new One UI 7 update promises exciting changes, including enhanced camera features and a similar feature to Google’s Audio Magic Eraser. We can’t wait to see what other new features and improvements this update brings.
For now, we’ll just have to wait and see what actually goes down at the next Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22nd. One thing is for sure, it’s going to be an exciting road ahead for Samsung fans.
